Job Title: Solution Architect and Business Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect and Business Analyst to assume the role of Business Analyst and Implementation Consultant in software application projects. This position involves working closely with Project Managers and Solution Architects to ensure compliance with proposed solutions. Additionally, you will conduct business requirements discovery and provide software solutions that meet business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Assume the role of Business Analyst and Implementation Consultant in software application projects.
  • Assist Project Manager and Solution Architect on the compliance of the proposed solution.
  • Conduct business requirements discovery.
  • Provide software solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead and guide developers in the solution development.
  • Conduct solution reviews and trainings.
  • Guide support teams on issue resolution.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in software application project implementation.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Business Analyst and/or Consultant role.
  • Prior experience in Application Developer role preferred.
  • Prior experience in Salesforce or any CRM products preferred.
