Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Jr Software System Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Process Analysis
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to collect, document, and validate requirements.
    • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
    • Analyse existing processes and define new ones to support process automation and workflow optimisation.
  • Agile Collaboration and Delivery
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming).
    • Work with developers and testers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
    • Maintain and enhance Agile reporting dashboards for project tracking, problem management, and release planning.
  • Testing and Defect Management
    • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review test results, and classify issues (defects, data discrepancies, change requests).
    • Liaise with testing teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Project Tracking and Reporting
    • Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
    • Prepare status updates and progress reports for multiple concurrent projects.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and software development life cycles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Jira and Confluence is beneficial.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
