Senior Engagement Manager, Generative AI Innovation Center Amazon Web Services (AWS) Gen AI Innovation Center is seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engagement Manager to join our Professional Services team and steer the delivery of complex Gen AI solution projects. The role combines technical expertise with strong program/project management skills to drive successful implementations of AWS Gen AI solutions for our clients. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes. You will apply AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework - AI/ML, demonstrate technical credibility across stakeholders, distill customer needs into clear technical requirements, decompose complex problems, and make informed trade-offs considering performance, scalability, security, and business impact. You will validate technical solutions against business goals, recognize when additional technical evaluation is needed, and manage technical risks. You will be expected to achieve and maintain relevant AWS certifications, develop domain-specific expertise, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. As you progress, you'll guide increasingly complex Gen AI technical projects, shape cross‐organizational AI strategies, and establish best practices in Gen AI project delivery. You will apply your management capabilities to execute project plans, proactively identify and manage risks, resolve issues, escalate when appropriate, and drive projects to successful completion while exceeding customer expectations. The Gen AI Innovation Center is a global team that helps customers realize desired business outcomes leveraging AWS Cloud and Gen AI Services. We work with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides guidance through offerings that help customers achieve outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption and delivers focused guidance through global specialty practices across various solutions, technologies, and industries. Key responsibilities Managing complex Gen AI implementation projects and programs Leveraging knowledge of AI/ML and AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business outcomes Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards About The Team Diverse experiences. Basic Qualifications 5+ years experience in AI/ML and cloud computing Experience in AI/ML project management and delivery of technical programs 5+ years experience leveraging project management and Agile methodologies on enterprise-level engagements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications AWS experience delivering Gen AI solutions into production Masters or MBA or advanced degree Has at least one active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate AWS Certified AI Practitioner or AWS Certified AI/ML Specialty Strong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices Experience applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework - AI/ML Company - Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited Job ID: A #J-18808-Ljbffr
