  • Manage admin work
  • Liaise with clients, staff, vendors, overseas suppliers, etc
  • Perform general office maintenance duties and adhoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Director
  • Assist in marketing and business development
  • Provide directional assistance to the various zones
    Any other duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service to customers

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
  • Pleasant, positive and with friendly disposition
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
