Business Analyst

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Business Analyst with proven experience in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, deep understanding of financial systems, and a solid IT background to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) is essential.
Strong understanding of OFSAA data structures, tables, and integration points.
Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data mapping, validation, and conversion processes.
Maintain effective data configuration and management across OFSSA and the Bank's integrated systems to support seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Collaborate with IT technical teams to develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Actively perform and participate in the testing and validation of new system features, OFSAA configurations and customisations, reports, and processes to ensure they accurately meet documented business requirements.
Implement and customize OFSAA applications, including data models, workflows, reports, and integrations.
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Provide guidance on OFSAA best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with the latest OFSAA features, enhancements, and industry trends.
Act as the business unit representative for all OFSAA system-related change requests, service tickets, CAB, and NPP (new products).
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to OFSAA applications and infrastructure.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, or any relevant academic stream.
At least 5 years' experience in application development and application management in Banking domain, preferrable wholesale banks. Oracle certification in OFSAA is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java programming languages.
Familiar with various vendor products in at least three or more areas in treasury management, client onboarding, loan origination, credit management, risk management, finance management, general ledger, regulatory reporting, etc.
Fast learner with high self-motivation to design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Able to handle challenges with a diagnostic approach and able to find new solutions to difficult IT and business problems.
Results oriented, self-driven.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin verbally and in writing.
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
