Lead Solution Architect – Banking Technology Tangspac International Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and design of technical solution architectures aligned with project requirements and enterprise IT strategies. Collaborate with enterprise architects, system SMEs, and product vendors to ensure proposed solutions comply with organizational standards, guidelines, and strategic objectives. Serve as the key liaison between enterprise architecture teams and technical delivery units, translating strategic vision into actionable implementation plans. Provide technical leadership in evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and platform capabilities to enhance solution design and delivery. Guide and mentor development teams and technical leads in applying architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. Present proposed solutions to IT leadership and enterprise architecture governance boards. Lead and manage a team of solution architects, fostering professional growth and driving value‐added services across projects. Ensure architectural deliverables meet quality standards and address both functional and non‐functional requirements, including performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 10 years in solution architecture and design roles. Strong understanding of system development and project implementation lifecycles within banking environments. Proven experience in leading and developing high‐performing architecture teams. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise‐scale solutions involving full‐stack integration across channels, systems, middleware, and data platforms. Experience integrating commercial off‐the‐shelf products and cloud‐native solutions is highly desirable. Hands‐on expertise in application modernization and data/application migration strategies and tools. Familiarity with banking technologies, core systems, and industry trends. Technical proficiency in the following areas is preferred: Modern engineering practices: DevOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, enterprise integration patterns.
