Responsibilities
Responsible for the full set of accounting for the Singapore company, including monthly financial statements, and ensure timely and accurate accounting bookings, vouchers, and statements comply with local policy and GAAP.
Manage external tax declarations, provide relevant reports to external departments and institutions within permitted scope; coordinate and handle external department relations.
Plan daily business from finance and taxation perspectives; identify risks and propose control solutions.
Regularly take stock of inventory, property, and materials.
Communicate and implement ERP financial system optimization.
Support internal and external audits; cooperate with external audit firms to provide data and conduct financial report reviews.
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Familiar with Singapore's finance and tax policies.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
Familiar with banking workflows, taxation processes, docking with government departments, and understanding relevant laws and regulations.
Good communication skills, get along well with colleagues, fluent in English.
