Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating finance and treasury related initiatives across the outsourced service provider and business departments. You will represent the finance team in cross‐functional projects—overseeing financial analysis, planning, reporting and financing to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. You will also oversee internal controls, help streamline processes for greater efficiency and ensure compliance with reporting, audit and tax requirements. What You'll Do Manage outsourced service provider to ensure that accounting and closing activities are completed on a timely and accurate manner. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with the accounting standards. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain financial discipline. Ensure compliance with tax, audit, internal controls and corporate policies; and Coordinate with external or internal auditors, tax agents and regulatory bodies as required. Lead and coordinate with operational teams to prepare forecasts and budgets; and Ongoing monitoring of actual expenditures against approved budget for reporting to senior management. Monitor cash position and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
