Objective To ensure that products meet the required quality standards during and after production by performing inspections, completing documentation, and supporting root cause analysis for any defects or non-conformities. Job Responsibilities Perform daily inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products. Ensure all activities follow quality standards, SOPs, and environmental guidelines. Record inspection findings accurately and complete all required QC documentation. Download and compile quality data from the quality system for reporting. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues. Maintain cleanliness of the inspection area and proper handling of QC tools and equipment. Assist in training or buddying new team members to ensure inspection consistency. Work closely with the QA and Production teams to resolve any quality-related matters.
