Operations Management Role

The Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business. Their key responsibilities include:

  • Addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through collaborative efforts.
  • Processing credit notes and claims according to established procedures and guidelines.

  • Compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably with exposure to customer complaints handling and contract management.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and data analysis tools.
