Senior Staff Nurse

SENIOR STAFF NURSE We are seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our nursing team at St Luke's ElderCare Residence. You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating quality nursing care, supervising junior staff, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. You will also contribute to service improvements and mentor the next generation of nursing professionals. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver total nursing care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress based on individualised care plans. Manage complex patient cases and provide patient and family education. Supervise, guide, and coach nurses, nursing aides, and students to maintain high clinical and service standards. Support patient safety and risk management activities in daily operations. Collaborate with doctors, nursing colleagues, and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes. Lead or participate in quality improvement projects and nursing research. Contribute to reviewing and improving nursing workflows and clinical practices. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)8 years of experience as a Staff Nurse Willing to work rotating shifts Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills with ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications About St Luke's Eldercare St Luke's ElderCare (SLEC) is a Christian healthcare provider dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors in Singapore, regardless of race, language and religion.
