Job Title: Electrical Control Systems Specialist

Our company is looking for an experienced Electrical Control Systems Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects and be part of a diverse group of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs for systems in charge, ensuring they function as intended at all times.
  • Carry out repair and troubleshooting of systems to restore them to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time.
  • Monitor and review system performance and capacity usage, providing regular reports and recommending improvement/enhancement projects.
  • Track spares and consumable usage, ensuring adequate provision for day-to-day operation.
  • Ensure plant histories, drawings, data, and other appropriate documentations are generated and properly filed for future reference and review.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate spares, consumables, and other resources necessary for day-to-day operation of the systems.
  • Ensure that all quality expectations are upheld to meet better-than-expected customer requests.
  • Create and innovate new processes for continuous improvement to attain best-in-class quality and cost.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Degree in Science or Engineering in Electrical, Electronic, Control Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Basic engineering knowledge, including knowledge in industrial automation and industrial control systems.
  • 5-10 years working experience in semiconductor environments, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries preferred.
  • PLC and SCADA programming skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong technical knowledge.
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
