Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Regional Institutional Sales team. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with a broad range of institutional investors, helping to shape and execute market strategies while delivering tailored solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving commercial outcomes, working closely with various internal partners across trading, research, and support functions to deliver a seamless client experience.
This is a front-office role that provides a platform to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s growth and deepen our presence across the ASEAN institutional investor landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients across the region.
Deliver actionable market insights, trade ideas, and product solutions aligned with client objectives.
Distribution of Macro products - FX, IRS, bonds etc with a focus on ASEAN Local Markets
Partner with various internal teams — including trading, research, FIG etc — to ensure holistic and coordinated client coverage.
Engage a diverse client base, including asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, and hedge funds.
Stay abreast of market developments and proactively generate ideas that address client needs and market opportunities.
Articulate trade ideas and market views clearly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the client experience and drive business growth
Required Competencies and Skills
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant CMFAS modules for MAS RNF licensing
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
