Job Title: Frontline Patient Service Coordinator

Overview of Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional patient service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration of patients in Accident and Emergency (A&E)
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for the Call Centre
  • Data entry of patient particulars into the hospital system
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries, providing information and resolving issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC qualification or above
  • No prior experience necessary, with comprehensive training provided
  • Must be open to working 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
