Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, progress reporting, and general administrative duties. Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring timely submissions, accurate records, and proper tracking. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, site staff, and external stakeholders—including nearby residents and businesses. Raise purchase requests and liaise with operations/procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of site materials and requirements. Prepare and maintain monthly reports on site manpower and assist in staff welfare administration. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies to support permit applications and compliance matters. Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval and project tracking. Handle public inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned. Job Requirements Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site-based administrative roles. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Highly organized, meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
