Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service Officer

(Education)

Location: Jurong (Willing to relocate to other branches)
Salary: S$ 2,650 – 3,500 (experience based)
Work Schedule:

  • 4 weekdays (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM)
  • 1 weekend (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

  • Promote & explain courses/education philosophy to customers
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Handle Phone/ Email inquiries & sales transactions

Administrative Duties

  • Manage replacement lessons & Parent appointments
  • Handle center inventory & logistics
  • Assist in filing & other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE 'A' Levels/Diploma
  • 2+ years in customer service (Enrichment center experience a plus)
  • Proficient in MacBook & G-Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Flexible to relocate across branches
