The Role
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive with a focus on business development and partner acquisition for B2B & B2C. This role combines lead generation, channel development, and enterprise prospecting to support the company's expansion into new verticals and partner ecosystems across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Development
- Identify and qualify System Integrators (SIs), independent distributors, and resellers to expand the partner ecosystem.
- Engage with eCommerce merchants capable of distributing consumer-grade surveillance and networking products.
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and prospecting activities to identify, nurture, and onboard new partners.
- Pass qualified channel leads to the channel sales team for deeper engagement and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners to support long-term channel development.
- Identify potential end-users in healthcare, education, smart factories, manufacturing, F&B, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads to create new business opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer pain points and align them with the company's surveillance and network infrastructure solutions.
- Deliver compelling product and solution messaging to business decision-makers through digital platforms, calls, and written communications.
- Manage daily quotation requests, lead entries, and opportunity tracking via CRM.
- Work closely with marketing, channel, and vendor management teams on lead demand campaigns and partner recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sales follow-up.
- Support pricing discussions, basic negotiations, and order reinstatements when required.
- Track and prioritize renewal opportunities, provide regular pipeline updates, and assist with administrative sales tasks when needed.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inside sales, business development, or telemarketing in surveillance, network hardware, or physical security product distribution.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to engage with partners across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to present technical offerings digitally or over the phone.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally within a regional team.
