Prepare technical documentation required within the company. Provide technical support (and training where required) to other APAC offices if needed. Taking responsibilities for own work, and assist others in their work, to ensure successful completion of project. Act quickly on queries from others, work to schedule and specification or contract requirement and ensure on-time delivery of tasks assigned. Propose / initiate development topics and internal projects, where required. Propose and plan improvements to work processes and department operations. Guide, supervise, train and/or be mentor to employees, when required. Drive to be an expert in specific applications, technologies or process design aspects. Main tasks and responsibilities Prepare technical proposal and assist in commercial tender. Carry out tender reviews and order reviews. Ensure that the specification or scope offered to the customer are within the capability, competence and capacity of the company. Be fully aware of contract scope and requirements, in so far they affect process or other technical issues. Prepare technical calculations and documents; including (but not limited to) process simulation; PFD and mass balance; PID; selection, sizing and design Education requirements Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering Min 5 years working experiences in Petrochemical and Chemical Field preferred. Work experience in EPC company is preferred Operation experience in chemical plant is a plus.
