This full-time position is based in our office in Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement sophisticated quantitative models to analyse financial data and identify trading opportunities
Conduct in-depth research into market trends, economic indicators, and other factors that influence investment decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into actionable investment strategies
Continuously refine and optimise trading algorithms to improve portfolio performance
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to senior management
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in quantitative finance and machine learning techniques
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer science
Proven experience in quantitative research, financial modelling, and data analysis
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB, and familiarity with financial data analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings
