What You Will Do:
Content Creation & Design
Create marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, videos, newsletters, and posters
Shoot and edit short-form videos for use across digital channels
Craft engaging copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and ads
Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms
Digital Marketing
Plan, run, and monitor SEO/SEM and social media advertising campaigns
Manage email marketing efforts including content creation, segmentation, and performance tracking
Track and report on digital campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
Conduct market research and social listening to inform content and messaging
Marketing Calendar & Coordination
Maintain and manage a monthly marketing calendar, including scheduling of posts and coordination of events and campaigns
Align marketing activities with organisational objectives, events, and outreach programmes
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for production and promotion
Event Marketing
Support planning, promotion, and execution of offline events such as community outreach, workshops, fundraisers, and collaborations
Coordinate event logistics and develop pre/post-event marketing content
What You Have:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, or communications
Strong copywriting and editorial skills
Proficient in graphic and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email platforms
Good understanding of social media trends and analytics
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Creative, self-motivated, and a team player
Only Singaporeans or PRs considered
