Applies skill and dexterity in the preparation of raw materials, work-in-process (WIPs), semi-finished and finished goods for the manufacturing process, in keeping with regulatory and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including ultrasonic cleaners, tissue deflectors, or others, ensuring proper settings and parameters. Select and utilize manufacturing fixtures/aids such as jigs, cutting dies, templates, or other fixtures related to assigned tasks. Follow and perform job functions in compliance with work instructions and SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records, entering data into JDE and other systems, and managing work orders. Perform component transfers, maintaining system integrity in JDE and MES. Sanitize fixtures according to procedure. Unload tools, components, and manufacturing aids from ovens/autoclaves. Maintain accurate inventory records in JDE and MES, ensuring physical counts match system records. Perform general housekeeping, sanitization of work areas, material handling, and printing duties. Education and Experience: Secondary education with GMP, clean room, or medical device experience preferred. No previous related experience required. Additional Skills: Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment, good hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity. Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures. Successful completion of ongoing manufacturing process training. Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English effectively. Basic computer skills (tablet/Surface Pro) preferred. Ability to accept and provide performance feedback. Ability to work collaboratively in a team with minimal supervision, following detailed instructions. Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills to resolve inventory discrepancies. Adherence to company rules, safety protocols, and pollution prevention measures.
