We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions within our cloud ecosystem. This role serves as the link between business strategy and technology execution, demanding strong technical expertise across diverse technologies.You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective architectural designs. As a key technical leader, you will mentor engineering teams, define system architecture, and ensure our technology roadmap supports sustainable business growth and success. Position Responsibilities: Exposure to or knowledge of BI tools like Power BI and/or Tableau.**Position Requirements:**- Framework & development experience- Strong technical foundation in Node.js / Express / NestJS (JavaScript / TypeScript), Angular and modern full stack experience. .NET (C#) is an added advantage.- Cloud platform & Infrastructure -Experience on Cloud platform Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and Container orchestration (Dockers and/or Kubernetes).- Observability - Exposure to / knowledge of Performance monitoring tools like Splunk or Grafana.Performance Tuning & Optimization – Exposure to Optimizing system performance, ability to diagnose and address bottlenecks and be able to troubleshoot complex systems.- Familiarity with data architecture, quality, and governance best practices.- Business alignment and stakeholder communication- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.- Ability to apply advanced wide-ranging experience and professional knowledge to provide solutions in creative and effective ways.- Experience directing the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies and ideas, with good understanding of the interrelationships of different disciplines.Ability to work on complex assignments where problem solving requires in-depth evaluation of varying factors and practices/procedures must be determined.Ability to enhance internal and external working relationships and networks with key contacts outside area of expertise and All listed requirements are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodation for additional tasks and responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
