Join us and make a difference with Mitsubishi Electric Your Key Responsibilities Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairing of air-conditioners. Perform on-site testing of equipment to ensure proper functioning. Recommend preventive measures and provide resolutions to technical problems. Provide guidance and technical assistance to service partners. Assisting team lead in planning daily manpower schedule. Answering customers' enquiries or responding to feedback via phone, email or on-site. Handle work process procedures on spare parts, billings, job sheets closing and report preparation. Your Skills Excellent customer service skills in resolving customers needs. Good knowledge of ACMV, HVAC, Home Electronics. Your Profile Possess a Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. A valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous. Comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive learning attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
