As a Community and Café Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming space that blends quality food with meaningful community experiences. Responsibilities Cafe Operations Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and high operational standards. Support business planning and marketing efforts. Customer Experience Engage with customers to create a welcoming, community-focused environment. Collect and respond to customer feedback, adjusting menu offerings and service experience where relevant. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high hospitality. Community Engagement & Events Collaborate with the Open Sourced team to plan, support, and execute events hosted in the café (breakfasts, workshops, community meetups). Coordinate F&B requirements, including menu planning, food prep, and service with the head chef. Act as a point of contact for community members, fostering relationships and growing a loyal base of regulars and advocates. Team Management Schedule shifts, manage payroll inputs, and ensure adequate staffing during operational and event hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
