Operations Engineer

Job Description Assist in the development and execution of operational plans to drive efficiency and improve service delivery. Oversee the daily operations of the CSC Mechanical Systems Team and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports for upper management, highlighting trends and suggesting actionable strategies. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team competencies and skills. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and synchronization of efforts across the organisation. Job Requirements Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in a managerial role within a mechanical engineering or operations environment. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance processes. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
