Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality post-sales activities for supported Cybersecurity products.

  • Implement large-scale projects across local and regional markets, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Provide on-site implementation services, including testing, deployment, and documentation, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Offer technical support to customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Analyze and resolve customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge base articles or known issues, ensuring first-time fix rates.
  • Be available for routine 24/7 maintenance support calls, providing around-the-clock assistance.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors, contributing to the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field, with relevant experience in the IT industry.
  • Relevant experience in network support and administration, with knowledge of networking concepts such as routing and switching technology.
