SIMCORP PRINCIPAL / BUSINESS CONSULTANTS, ON SITE SINGAPORE We are seeking 4 experienced Principal / Senior Business Consultants for onsite work in Singapore to start in early Q1 2025 for 2-year contracts. The team requires consultants for all Service Lines (Accounting / Operations / Data & Communications / Investment). Please only apply if you are permitted to work in Singapore and have the relevant Sim Corp experience. Requirements: Degree/master's within Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science. Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry. Experience and knowledge within financial technology software, preferably Sim Corp Dimension. Proven ability to think conceptually and to deliver practical results. Self-motivation and determination to exceed expectations. Great sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to deliver quality business outcomes. Great people and relationship-building skills across all levels of client stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and a solution-focused attitude. Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Desire to coach / lead less experienced consultants. Responsibilities: Lead with your financial services industry experience within your area of expertise. Lead with your industry knowledge to define and deliver to client’s target operating models (future state). Lead in all aspects of Sim Corp Dimension implementations, including design, configuration, integration, and test. Lead workshops to explore client requirements, working with clients and colleagues to help capture, define, and agree on functional and technical requirements. Set up prototypes to verify requirements. Document the proposed design in Analysis and Design documents. Consult with clients on global standard solutions within work stream, to ensure Sim Corp Dimension adapted to client needs. Perform configuration hand-over to clients. Support the client with the testing of functionality. Document solutions implemented at the client and contribute to our global standard product offerings in Sim Corp. Constantly expand your knowledge of Sim Corp Dimension and Sim Corp Services to ensure client’s outcomes are realized. You will be involved in solving complex problems, from a system-oriented point of view, and you should expect some travel activities in this region as we operate across APAC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
