Job Purpose The Infrastructure and Cloud Services Senior Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise‐wide infrastructure and cloud solutions. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of IT systems while aligning infrastructure strategies with business objectives. The leader will oversee vendor/partner relationships, drive cloud transformation initiatives, and lead cross‐functional teams across regions. Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leaders: Develop and execute infrastructure and cloud strategies aligned with corporate IT goals. Lead transformation initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and standardization across IT operations. Manage infrastructure budgets, contracts, and vendor SLAs, including AWS and Azure. Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Oversee network, server, storage, and endpoint environments, ensuring performance and reliability. Lead cloud architecture design and optimization for platforms like AWS and Azure. Ensure robust disaster recovery, backup, and data protection mechanisms. Security & Governance: Implement and monitor security controls including SIEM, IAM, and vulnerability management tools like Qualys. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., JSOX, ITGC) and internal governance frameworks. Team & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and mentor infrastructure teams across Dole offices.
