APAC DM Portfolio Development Director – DM at Siemens Digital Industries Software. Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many industries. Our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software supports a wide range of applications from Formula 1 cars to skyscrapers and ships.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain an APAC DM annual ARR plan that aligns with the Zone and Country ICP/ACP and OKR.
- Monitor, track and drive improvement against APAC Zone and Country Portfolio Development KPIs (Campaign Pipeline, Revenue Leverage, Pipeline Coverage, and Suspect Progression into Pipeline).
- Build relationships with Sales, Partner Management, PFD, PreSales, Support and Marketing to maximize revenue and pipeline in conjunction with Global, Zone and Country Portfolio Development leads to cover the Simcenter Portfolio.
- Act as trusted advisor to Global and Country Portfolio Development leads, guiding planning, execution, and measurement of portfolio development activities for the DM portfolio.
- Collaborate with the DM Global Portfolio Development team and AP countries to define strategies for accelerated growth, influencing both the global team and the countries to implement necessary changes.
- Establish and track measurable goals for monitoring the DM portfolio growth against each OKR at Global/Zone/Country levels.
- Work with Zone Director PfD/PreSales and GPFD to consolidate and prioritize critical feedback on product maturity, identify functionality gaps, market opportunities, and competitive feedback relative to SMB market needs.
- Initiate and stimulate business opportunities arising from new business situations, including M&A and changes in market dynamics.
- Master degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the digital manufacturing industry
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Challenger selling
- Solution knowledge of Digital Manufacturing solutions and competitive products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to drive people to achieve results independently
- Experience working with different APAC countries and cultures
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel 25%–50% of the time
