Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Liaise with external vendors on procurement of medication and supplies Research and compare alternative medications to support management decision on drugs selection Analyse data relating to drugs usage, stock levels and expiry of medication to ensure prompt replenishment and redistribution Support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distribution of medication Monitor and maintain optimal level of drug inventory to ensure availability as well as prevent excessive expiry of medication Communicate and collaborate with the clinics on all matter pertaining to medications Conduct regular assessments on work processes to improve operational efficiency and work flow Monitor and collate statistics and key performance indicators with regards to procurement and management of drugs inventory. Perform stocktake and resolve any discrepancies between physical counts and records in system Guide and monitor clinics on optimal drug placement layout and reduce expired drugs Present monthly reports and initiatives to management team Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time Job Requirements: 2-5 years experience in related field At least a diploma in any discipline Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel Knowledge of medications is a plus Experienced in Healthcare / Medical care industry will be an advantage Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills Conscientious and meticulous Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast pace environment, with a passion for improving operations Tell employers what skills you have Microsoft OfficeMicrosoft ExcelAnalytical SkillsInventoryHealthcareFMCGSupply ChainProcurementStatisticsAble To Work Independently
