Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Director to lead the growth and expansion of our luxury confinement centre based within a hotel environment. This role oversees revenue generation, partnership development, client acquisition, brand strategy, and overall business performance. You will play a key leadership role in shaping the centre’s market presence, service offerings, and long‑term commercial success. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Strategy Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility. Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships with OB‑GYNs, maternity clinics, prenatal/postnatal service providers, and corporate partners. Lead B2C and B2B sales efforts, including designing packages, promotions, and client engagement initiatives. Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to refine business strategies. Partnerships & Client Acquisition Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, industry stakeholders, and community partners. Develop referral networks and strategic alliances to increase client acquisition channels. Represent the brand at events, conferences, and industry engagements. Brand Management & Marketing Oversight Work closely with the marketing team to develop brand campaigns, digital strategies, and targeted marketing initiatives. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication to ensure alignment with the company’s luxury service standards. Review marketing performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI. Operational & Commercial Leadership Collaborate with the operations team to ensure guest experience aligns with premium service expectations. Oversee pricing strategies, revenue planning, forecasting, and budget performance. Lead business reviews and provide insights to management on growth opportunities and business performance. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor sales, marketing, and partnership teams to achieve performance targets. Work closely with senior management and hotel partners to ensure strong alignment across business objectives. Participate in long‑term planning, expansion projects, and new service development. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or commercial roles. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful partnerships. Strong understanding of customer experience, branding, and high‑touch service environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead cross‑functional teams.
