Roles & Responsibilities Our new restaurant specializing in chicken rice will be opening soon at Orchard Road and we are looking for staff to join us for a fulfilling career. The service crew provides attentive service to customers, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. You have good knowledge of all the items on the menu. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and drink orders Provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences and product knowledge. Ensure all customers’ orders and requests are fulfilled promptly and satisfactorily Ensure food preparation and drinks presentation meet company standards Work closely and cooperatively with the service team to deliver good customer service Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests once customer leaves Perform outlet opening and closing duties Maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet, including tables, chairs, cashier counter and dining floor. Sweep and mop floors as needed or as instructed by the Manager on duty Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant working experience Good communication and customer service skills Always willing learn and go the extra mile Able to work 5.5 days a week and also on weekends and public holidays Food Hygiene Certification would be preferred Tell employers what skills you have Customer Service SkillsProduct KnowledgeCustomer Service OrientedIngredientsFood SafetyCookingHousekeepingInterpersonal SkillsInventorySanitationCompassAttentiveCashieringTeam PlayerCustomer ServiceJapanese
