Procurement Specialist Job
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for the acquisition of materials and services needed for our engineering projects.

Job Description:

This role involves ensuring that the procured items meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while considering cost and availability.

  • Prepare and issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on project requirements.
  • Review and evaluate contract documents from clients and main contractors to ensure compliance and understanding.
  • Conduct price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve the best possible pricing and terms.
  • Manage variation orders and other contractual changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

A detailed understanding of procurement processes and principles is essential for success in this role.
