Customer Representative - Logistic Ops (Clementi/MNC/ASAP) at Singapore Jobs
Location: Clementi, Singapore
Salary: $3000 to $3500 (Based on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM
Contract: 1 year (renewable / convertible)
Responsibilities
Open Service RMA/IRMA for incoming jobs.
Follow up and respond to customer inquiries.
Post job openings.
Monitor and follow up on the status of overseas work.
Raise purchase orders for service parts and third-party services.
Resolve customer and logistics issues.
Qualifications
Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and coordinate across departments.
Time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adhoc packing, unpacking and lifting equipment (if required).
