Senior/ Executive- Clinical and Healthcare Operations Responsibilities: Oversees daily healthcare service operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization, service quality, and compliance. Managing doctors' schedules, onboarding, payments, and professional documentation Generating operational and audit reports; and supervising administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Involves managing clinical service projects—supporting proposal development, workflow planning, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and contract management. Additionally, the incumbent will organize professional development events, coordinate medical advisor activities, and provide secretariat and research support for care initiatives and conferences. Requirements: Degree in any discipline. Experience in operations, project management or healthcare setting would be an advantage. Analytical skills with an understanding of financial management, data analysis, workflow design and operational process engineering, service development and project management. Effective communication and business writing skills. Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
