Provide information on all contract documents, correspondence, and other information to ensure proper performance of contractual obligations. Obtain quotations, liaise, and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers. Measure quantities and take off. Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles. Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes. Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively. Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments. All other QS related jobs. REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in main contracting companies. Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration, and variation orders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Golden software. Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
