Overview The Senior / Fuel Operations Specialist performs routine fuel farm operations and maintenance activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. He/She prepares the daily logs, supervises the troubleshooting processes carried out by contractors, and reports all equipment abnormalities to the maintenance teams. In times of emergency, he follows emergency response plans as an Emergency Response Team member. Job Function Fuel Farm Management Responsibilities / Key Tasks Conduct fuel farm operations Perform fuel quality checks before commencement of operations Perform circulation and draw fuel samples for scheduled testing Perform loading and unloading of fuel Record fuel transactions Perform daily top up of refueller Conduct fuel bridger and aviation specialised vehicle (ASV) operations Perform aircraft defuelling and refuelling Operate fuel bridger and aviation specialised vehicles (ASV)Perform maintenance operations Perform daily inspection and functional checks on GFE/GFP Monitor Government Furnished Equipment and Government Furnished Property for scheduled preventive maintenance Perform maintenance on in-house equipment, facilities and vehicles in adherence to SOPs and Work Instructions (WI)Perform housekeeping within the work premises Perform stocktake of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Government Furnished Property (GFPs) and in-house equipment Ensure operational excellence and compliance with quality and safety standards Perform operations based on quality, environmental, occupational, health, security and safety standards Attend daily briefings including safety/operational briefings and toolbox meetings Prepare quality and safety reports and raise any QHSSE lapses at the work site or during operations Participate in audits as required Comply with regulatory requirements of the operations site Participate in Emergency and Oil Spill Exercise Comply with data governance policies Manage Customer Experience And Relationships Perform the day-to-day operations of the shift according to customer and contractual requirements Contribute to continuous improvement Participate in digitisation roadmaps of the business unit Manage people, finance and organisational development Participate in on-the-job and required regulated training for qualification maintenance Monitor and submit documentation for security clearance Perform OT/Call Out assignments Job Requirements / Qualifications NITEC and 5 years of experience preferred Class 4 and/or Class 5 Driving License and/or Forklift License Prior experience with RSAF preferred Ability to use Apps and have cybersecurity awareness Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ST Logistics by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
