Job Title: General Manager (Restaurant)
1. Job Description
- Overall Leadership (全面领导): Provide strategic direction and oversee the entire daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience. (提供战略方向并监督餐厅的全部日常运营，以确保效率、盈利能力和卓越的客户体验。)
- Financial Management (财务管理): Develop and manage annual budgets, control costs (including inventory, supplies, and labor), analyze financial reports (P&L), and implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve financial targets. (制定和管理年度预算，控制成本（包括库存、物资和劳动力），分析财务报告（损益表），并实施战略以最大化收入并实现财务目标。)
- Customer Service Excellence (客户服务): Uphold the highest standards of service quality. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation and high customer satisfaction scores. (坚持最高标准的服务质量。处理客户反馈并及时解决投诉，以维护积极的品牌声誉和高客户满意度。)
- Marketing & Business Development (市场与业务发展): Develop and execute local marketing initiatives (e.g., social media campaigns, seasonal promotions, collaborations) to attract new customers and enhance customer loyalty. (制定并执行本地营销活动（例如，社交媒体活动、季节性促销、合作），以吸引新客户并增强客户忠诚度。)
- Team Management (团队管理): Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule all front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment. (招聘、培训、指导并为所有前台和后厨员工排班。培育积极、协作和高绩效的工作环境。)
- Compliance & Safety (合规与安全): Ensure strict adherence to all Singapore government regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards (SFA), licensing laws, and employment regulations. (确保严格遵守所有新加坡政府法规，包括食品安全和卫生标准（SFA）、许可法和就业条例。)
2. Job Requirements (职位要求)
- Experience (经验): Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (e.g., Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager) overseeing a full-service restaurant. (至少在餐饮业拥有8年 相关经验，其中至少5年 担任高级管理职位（如餐厅经理、副总经理），并负责管理全方位服务的餐厅。)
- Leadership Skills (领导能力): Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large and diverse team. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. (具备经证明的领导、激励和发展大型多元化团队的能力。强大的决策和解决问题能力。)
