About the role
We are seeking an experienced Bunker Trader to join our team in our Raffles Place office. As a Bunker Trader, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the supply of marine fuels to our diverse client base. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in the vibrant heart of Singapore's central business district.
What you'll be doing
Negotiate and secure the best prices for marine fuel supplies
Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of fuel to vessels
Monitor market trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities
Prepare detailed reports and analysis on trading activities
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient logistics and delivery
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bunker Trader or in a similar role within the maritime industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent market awareness and ability to identify trading opportunities
Proficient in data analysis and report generation
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under pressure
Thorough understanding of marine fuel supply chain and industry regulations
