We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Analyst Programmer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be the vital link between business needs and technical execution. You will use your expertise in Java and analytical thinking to design, develop, and support robust applications within our Oracle environment, driving efficiency and solving complex challenges. Key Responsibilities Analysis & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs and functional specifications. Development & Implementation: Design, code, test, and implement high-quality software solutions, primarily using Java, J2EE, and related technologies. Application Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for existing Oracle and in-house applications, ensuring system stability and performance. Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Continuous Improvement: Develop new features, enhance existing systems, and participate in the full software development lifecycle to meet evolving business needs. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands‐on experience in a Java/J2EE development environment. Proven skills in JSP, Servlets, and a strong understanding of Object‐Oriented Programming. Solid experience with SQL and relational databases. Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Experience with Oracle E‐Business Suite (EBS). Knowledge of PL/SQL for database programming. Familiarity with PHP or other web technologies.
