Senior Devops Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Postgres, Couchbase, and large-scale infrastructure engineering . The ideal candidate will have deep experience in automation, containerization, and cloud-native environments, with a proven track record of building scalable, resilient systems.Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Postgres & Couchbase database infrastructure for high availability and performance. Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible . Build, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Spinnaker). Deploy and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Helm . Ensure system security, patching, and vulnerability remediation . Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure reliability and scalability. Provide on-call support and lead root cause analysis for critical incidents. Requirements 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering , with hands-on expertise in Postgres & Couchbase . Strong experience with Linux (RHEL) , middleware (WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat), and hybrid cloud (AWS, GCP). Proficiency in automation & scripting (Shell, Python). Solid understanding of security hardening, patch automation, and compliance . Experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD pipelines . Strong monitoring and performance tuning background. Excellent problem-solving, incident management, and team leadership skills.
