Keppel is a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity.The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.This role sits within the Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) department in Keppel's Infrastructure Division.Key responsibilities:• Assist in overseeing operations and supporting maintenance for District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) sites• Participate in field operations and associated activities• Work closely with plant engineers and technical specialists, support the team in analysing and optimizing DCS and RCM performance• Assist the Maintenance team in troubleshooting technical issues in DCS and RCM• Contribute ideas for modifications and improvement projects, help implement solutions to resolve operational deficiencies• Aid in developing and implementing operations and maintenance procedures• Ensure adherence to operations and maintenance schedules• Plan and track maintenance activities in CMMS.• Support the submission of detailed operations reports• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date O&M documentation• Support all internal and external audits• Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to timeBeyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into leadership programmes at Keppel should you meet the criteria.Join our vibrant and inclusive workforce to shape a better future for allJOB REQUIREMENTS
Job RequirementsDegree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Self-motivated and good team player• Experience in M&E or ACMV is an advantage• Good awareness of Environment, Health and Safety with a strong safety mindset• Alignment with Keppel’s core values#L1-SL1BUSINESS SEGMENT
