Business Analyst and Project Management Programme (Singapore)
About The Role

As an FDM Business Analyst or Project Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of exciting digital transformation projects in banking, finance, insurance, or retail. Projects may include streamlining digital banking, improving claims processing, enhancing customer experiences with AI-driven insights, or managing large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
With our in-house coaching, you'll sharpen your skills in stakeholder management, process improvement, and gain hands-on experience with tools like Excel. You'll learn how to monitor and report on projects, among other skills.
As a
Business Analyst , you'll translate business needs into technical requirements to support the entire software development lifecycle.
You'll also train to become a
Project Support Officer (PSO) . In this role, you'll support portfolio leads, programme, and project managers to ensure project success and effective delivery of business changes.
Once ready, you'll advance your career as an FDM Consultant, working with some of the biggest international and Singaporean brands to shape the future of business and technology.

About You
You hold a university degree (bachelor's or higher)
You are able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate programme
You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You demonstrate determination and drive — willing to go the extra mile to succeed as a tech consultant
You are eligible to work in Singapore
