Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality facial, slimming, and hair removal treatments for clients
  • Promote and recommend bespoke beauty products and services tailored to client needs
  • Ensure impeccable cleanliness and setup of treatment rooms to maintain high standards
  • Manage stock levels effectively and maintain optimal inventory control
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and treatments to enhance service offerings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all treatments and procedures
What We're Looking For
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in performing facial and slimming treatments
  • Experience with hair removal treatments is advantageous
  • Possession of a beauty-related certificate or diploma is an added advantage (training will be provided)
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in slimming, facial, and other beauty services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer literacy to manage client bookings and records
  • Team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining treatment quality and cleanliness
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend suitable products and treatments effectively
  • Ability to handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying client demands and work schedules
