Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the therapists in carrying out planned therapy programme (individual and group sessions)

• Work with other care staff to implement and execute activities to meet needs of residents.

• Provide updates on residents' participation in therapy as necessary.

• Assist Therapist in documentation and updating the client management system in a timely manner.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of environment.

• Implement infection prevention and control activities.

• Maintain inventory of therapy equipment.

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as necessary.
Other Responsibilities

• Report issues requiring general repairs and maintenance

• Accompanying residents to outings and special functions

• Perform any other duties as directed by the Programme Head/Director/CEO.

• The above activities are no means exhaustive and are subjected to amendment whenever is needed.
Job Specifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Services or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player with the ability to work and collaborate well across all levels

• Resourceful, adaptable to changes and able to think on the feet

• Able to communicate effectively with clients.

• Computer Literate

• Self-motivated and service orientated
