Senior Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Audit Manager to lead our team of audit professionals in delivering assurance services to a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clientele including listed companies, SMEs and internationally active companies.
  • Lead a team of audit professionals and collaborate with senior partners and directors to deliver high-quality audit services.
  • Review and finalize audit reports ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognized by ISCA.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leading audit teams at large/mid-tier international accounting firms.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting and auditing standards, as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Possess initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team of like-minded professionals.
