Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and implement lesson plans. Support the lead teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning environment. Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra support. Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources. Offer additional help to students who may be struggling with their assignments. Classroom Management Help maintain discipline and order within the classroom. Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and other school-related events. Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning duties in the classroom, such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness.
