Join the winning team nowResponsibilities Work you'll do As a part of Strategy, Risk and Transaction (SR&T) - Valuation & Modelling team, candidate will be responsible for: Work together with other team members and engagement managers in performing business / share valuation for potential buy-side and sell-side M&A and financial reporting purpose Assist with researching various technical and industry specific issues Perform market and industry analysis Perform financial analysis Assist in valuation report preparation Assist engagement manager in key finding/reporting presentation to client Participate in the development of proposal and client presentation Your role as a leader At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, and/or other related fields Analyst - 0-1 year of working experience in auditing and finance related field Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned Good command in English, both speaking and writing skills Professional credentials such as SEC-FA license, CFA, FRM is a plus Application Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
