Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Partnering roles, with a strong track record supporting senior leaders in fast‑growing or complex organizations. Demonstrated experience owning end‑to‑end people cycles: performance management, promotions, talent reviews, and succession planning. Proven capability handling complex employee relations matters with sound judgement and familiarity with employment legislation and risk management. Experience partnering with cross‑functional leaders in global or regional environments, navigating ambiguity and change at scale. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Advanced HR qualifications or certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent). Experience working in high‑growth technology or fintech organizations. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve complex problems. Experience leveraging HR systems and people data to inform decisions and drive process improvements. This role is based in Singapore.
