Armament Trainer

Overview Job Description: Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs for technicians Conduct hands-on training sessions on basic mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and industry trends. Assess trainees' performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Work with subject matter expert on individual systems in preparing training material and conducting training Collaborate with management to identify skills gaps and address them through targeted training initiatives. Facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to ensure continuous learning and development. Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Ability to engage and motivate trainees with diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Relevant certification in adult learning such as Workplace Learning Facilitator Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
